This was my second time in Seattle, and it was even better! The last time I went was 2 years ago in autumn. From what I've heard, Seattle is nicer in the fall, however I had a blast this summer! From the Space Needle, to the International Fountain, to Fremont, and everything in between. Seattle further cements it's reputation in my mind as one of the coolest cities in Washington! Obviously, the amazing and unique cuisine of Seattle contributes to that. (Check out the Culinary Arts Page for some of my favourite recipes!) Though I still prefer Olympia; Seattle is quickly making it's way up my favourite cities ladder. Also, -since it would be a shame to not mention it,- Our overnight visit to rural Kelso, really showed how places that aren't very far apart geographically, couldn't be more different society wise. From Kelso, we made our way to Mount St. Helens. We spent the day doing a relaxing, 4 hour hike, which provided different, yet beautiful scenery at every turn of the trail. Below you'll find a slideshow of just a few of the places we visited. Are you a fan? Either way, it's close to impossible to get bored in Seattle. Between the posh, skyscraper filled shopping district, and the down-to-earth hipsters from ________. There's something to float everyone's boat in Seattle, and if you happen to be there for a longer stay, then you could always hop on a boat over to some of the islands.
Hey Guys!
So this blog is about the places I go and the things that I do. Basically, when I go somewhere worthy of posting I'll post it and tell you guys all about it. The blog is like a page of the Review the Arts website, the only difference is that it's classified as a blog as opposed to a page of a website. I've been fortunate enough to have visited a bunch of different places around the world. So if you want to find some nice places to visit -if you happen to be in an area I was- be sure to check out the blog; you're sure to find some inspiration on it! Also, if you visited a place, or have a suggestion for what I should post; comment about!, or send me an email, I'd love to hear from you guys! Okay! This was an amazing trip! I've been to Hawaii quite a few times, but this was the best trip, so far! There are way to many pictures to choose from and they're all amazing, I've tried to narrow it down "a few," but its been tough! I'll probably add on later, but right now, its just to much! If there's a certain picture that you like and are interested in, comment and I'll let you know where it was taken specifically.
I went to Europe last summer and had a blast! Specifically, I visited -in France- Paris, Nice, St. Tropez, St. Maxime. On my way there, I passed through Lyon, Toulon and a bunch of other places. In Italy, I went to San Remo -famous for its fantastic music festival! As for Monaco, we went all over the place (its a REALLY tiny country.) I was an amazing trip and I'm so happy that I got to share it with my family. I'll be going back soon, hopefully! Below are some photos from our trip. If you have anything that you're particularly interested in, let me know and I'll try my best to post it up!
This here is some great artwork that I made with photobooth and a little creativity. 1984, anybody??
